      "Description_AR": "<p dir=\"RTL\">(أ) يقر ويوافق المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة بأن جميع المحتويات والمعلومات، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر النصوص أو البرامج أو الموسيقى أو الصوت أو الصور الفوتوغرافية أو الفيديو أو الرسومات أو المواد الأخرى (المعروفة أيضًا باسم &quot;المحتوى&quot;) المقدمة على الموقع الإلكتروني أو من خلال الخدمات الواردة في إعلانات الجهات الراعية أو المقدمة إليك من قبل المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة أو شركائه أو الجهات الدعائية، محمية بموجب حقوق النشر أو العلامات التجارية أو علامات الخدمة أو براءات الاختراع أو حقوق الملكية والقوانين الأخرى. ويجب عليك الالتزام بجميع إشعارات حقوق الطبع والنشر، وقواعد العلامات التجارية، والمعلومات، والقيود الواردة في أي محتوى يتم الوصول إليه من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني والخدمات، وباستثناء ما هو مسموح به صراحة في هذه الأحكام، فإنك تلتزم بعدم استخدام أو نسخ أو استنساخ أو تعديل أو ترجمة أو نشر أو بث أو نقل أو توزيع أو أداء أو تحميل أو عرض أو ترخيص أو بيع أو استغلال لأي أغراض مهما كانت؛ أي محتوى أو أية مواد مسلمة تابعة لأطراف ثالثة أو حقوق ملكية أخرى غير مملوكة لك: (1) دون موافقة خطية مسبقة صريحة من المالكين المعنيين، و (2) بأي طريقة تنتهك أي حق لطرف ثالث.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\"> &nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">(ب) يمنحك المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة بموجب هذه الأحكام (كمستخدم) ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل للدخول إلى المحتوى المقدم من المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة واستخدامه، والذي دفع مقابله المقابل المالي المطلوب، وذلك فقط لأغراضك الشخصية وغير التجارية والأغراض التعليمية من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني، وفقًا لهذه الشروط والأحكام وأية شروط أو قيود مرتبطة بدورات أو منتجات أو خدمات معينة. وتعتبر جميع الاستخدامات الأخرى ممنوعة صراحة دون موافقة خطية صريحة من قبلنا. لا يجوز لك إعادة إنتاج أو إعادة توزيع أو نقل أو التنازل عن أو بيع أو بث أو تأجير أو مشاركة أو إقراض أو تعديل أو تكييف أو تبديل أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة من أو ترخيص أو بخلاف ذلك نقل أو استخدام أي محتوى مقدم أو محتوى المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة ما لم نمنحك إذنا للقيام بذلك. إن المحتوى المرخّص ومحتوى المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة مرخصان لك ولم يتم بيعهما لك. ولا يجوز لأي شخص منحك حقوق ترخيص للمحتوى الذي قمت بالوصول إليه أو الحصول عليه من خلال الخدمات ويكون أي ترخيص مباشر لاغيًا وانتهاكا لهذه الشروط والأحكام.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\"> &nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">(ج) توافق على أنه يجوز لنا تسجيل كل أو أي جزء من أي خدمات (بما في ذلك اتصالات الدردشة الصوتية) لمراقبة الجودة وتقديم أو تسويق أو ترويج أو عرض أو تشغيل الموقع والخدمات. إنك تمنح المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة بموجب هذه الأحكام الإذن لاستخدام اسمك أو صورتك أو صوتك فيما يتعلق بعرض وتسليم وتسويق وترويج وتوضيح وبيع خدمات ودورات المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة والمحتوى المقدم والتنازل عن أي وجميع حقوق الخصوصية أو الدعاية أو أية حقوق أخرى ذات طبيعة مماثلة فيما يتعلق بها، إلى الحد المسموح به بموجب القانون المعمول به.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\"> &nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">(د) يحترم المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة جميع حقوق النشر والخصوصية والتشهير والقوانين الأخرى المتعلقة بالمحتوى والمعلومات ولن تسمح بانتهاك هذه القوانين. بشكل خاص، لا يقصد من مراجعة أو نشر أو ظهور المحتوى المقدم على الموقع أو من خلال المنتجات أو الخدمات أن يكون إقرارًا أو تصريحًا بأن أي محتوى تم تقديمه خالٍ من انتهاك حقوق النشر أو الخصوصية أو القوانين الأخرى أو أنها ستكون ملاءمةً لغرض معين أو دقيق أو مفيد. إذا كنت تعتقد بأن المحتوى المقدم لك ينتهك أي قانون أو لائحة أو أنه غير دقيق أو يشكل أي خطر من أي نوع لطرف ثالث، فإنه يقع على عاتقك مسؤولية اتخاذ الخطوات التي تراها ضرورية لتصحيح الوضع. إذا كنت تعتقد بأن المحتوى المقدم من طرف ثالث أو أي جزء من محتوى المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة ينتهك أية قوانين أو لوائح، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، قوانين الطبع والنشر، يجب عليك إبلاغ المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة بذلك وفقًا للإجراءات التي نحتفظ بها على الموقع الإلكتروني. جميع الحقوق غير الممنوحة صراحة في هذه الأحكام والشروط يتم الاحتفاظ بها من قبل مالكي المحتوى، وهذه الأحكام والشروط لا تمنح أية تراخيص ضمنية.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\"> &nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"RTL\">(ه) يلتزم المركز السعودي لكفاءة الطاقة باحترام النزاهة الأكاديمية وحقوق الملكية الفكرية عند تصميم ورفع جميع المواد التعليمية الرقمية والمحتوى الرقمي المنشور - نصوص أو صور أو برامج أو تصاميم أو غيرها على موقع ويب أو عن طريق أنظمة وأدوات التعلم الإلكتروني. كما يلتزم المدربين الذين يقدمون دوراتهم إلكترونيًا باحترام مبادئ حقوق الملكية الفكرية ومبادئ النشر. وذلك من خلال التوقيع على نموذج تعهد وإقرار بإعداد محتوى تعليمي. وتتم الإشارة إلى المراجع والمصادر التي يتم استخدامها في إعداد المقرر في حال استخدام كائنات تعليمية مفتوحة المصدر حيث يتم احترام جميع تراخيص المشاع الإبداعي، ولا يتم التساهل بأي شكل أو تصرف من أشكال انتهاك النزاهة الأكاديمية.&nbsp;</p>\r\n",
