  2. Training programs published on the training platform are rights of SEEC and may not be traded or used outside the program without the prior approval of the SEEC.

  3. SEEC shall take all necessary measures to preserve the intellectual property of the content presented on the training platform, whether it is electronic publications or texts of their output content.

  4. Obliging trainers to adhere to intellectual property rights when developing courses, undertake to do so, and develop models for preserving intellectual property.

\r\nThe trainee claiming someone else capacity in synchronous meetings or tests.

\r\nFraud of all Types:​

  1. Cheating or attempting to cheat on the test.

  2. Using a mobile phone, speakers, smartwatches, or cameras in the testing room.
    3. \r\n\t
  3. Taking a copy of the questions, part of them, or the answer sheet by any means.
    4. \r\n\t
  4. Disclosure of test questions at any time after they have been performed.
    5. \r\n\t
  5. Communication by trainees with each other during the tests. They are not allowed to use books or papers related to the test or others except as allowed by the SEEC.

  4. Obstructing the work of observers and supervisors during, before or after the test.

  5. Verbal or physical abuse of members of SEEC, their representatives, or other trainees.

  6. Shredding or damaging test sheets.

  2. استخدام الهاتف المحمول، أو السماعات، أو الساعات الذكية ،أو كاميرات التصوير داخل قاعة الاختبار.

  3. أخذ نسخة من الأسئلة أو جزء منها أو ورقة الإجابة بأي وسيلة.
    4. \r\n\t
  4. الكشف عن أسئلة الاختبارات في أي وقت بعد أدائها.

  5. تواصل المتدربين مع بعضهم أثناء تأدية الاختبارات ولا يسمح لهم باستخدام الكتب أو الأوراق ذات العلاقة بالاختبار أو غيرها إلا ما سمح به المركز.

  1. اقتباس أعمال الآخرين والاستخدام غير المرخص له في التكاليف التدريبية دون الإشارة إليها باعتبارها مرجع.

  2. تكليف الآخرين بأداء أي مهام أو أنشطة الكترونية تُطلب من المتدرب.
    3. \r\n\t
  3. مخالفة تعليمات الحضور أو الانصراف.
    4. \r\n\t
  4. إعاقة عمل المراقبين والمشرفين أثناء الاختبار أو قبله أو بعده.

  5. الاعتداء اللفظي أو الجسدي على أعضاء المركز أو من يمثلهم أو المتدربين الآخرين.

  6. تمزيق أوراق الاختبار أو إتلافها.

  5. Ensuring that the trainees are committed to turning off their mobile phones and that they are strictly prohibited from taking them out.

  6. Ensuring that the trainee does not exit the test page using the Safe Exam Browser feature.

  7. The trainee may not leave the test room before half an hour from the test start time.

  8. After performing the test, the trainee shall hand over to the test supervisor the question paper and all the papers used, if any.
